Track For Me™

This is our most popular upgrade. You or your staff simply email us or upload educational certificates and our team goes in to track everything for you - including required topics and all course details! We also verify and update license details where possible (such as new expiration dates).

Track For Me™ is already included in your account if you are currently paying the amount below.

Monthly: $9 /user + $0.50 /credential or license

Administrative Account(s)

Allow your staff to manage and sign in as any user within the organization. You have the power to add, remove, or manage any account on-demand. Here is a guide to some of the features included. You're also able to check and update education records for all of your organization's users and set permissions for each user or admin account.

One-Time Certificate Data Import

When we're first setting up your organization, you may have education certificates but not a spreadsheet or database with all the details. Instead of spending hours organizing spreadsheets, simply send us a folder with your certificates and we record full details for each certificate. Note: "Track For Me" includes this service after the initial bulk import.

Under 1,000 Certificates: $29 /100 certificates
Over 1,000 Certificates: $27 /100 certificates

Annual & Curated Education Packages

Because of our extensive network, we can negotiate free and discounted education as a benefit for you. This allows you and your team the convenience of purchasing content from any education provider through ACEA for individual activities or group packages. Then, we ensure compliance and report attendance so you don't have to herd cats.

Ready to Upgrade?

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (UPGRADE TERMS)

Any upgrades will fall under your existing contract with ACEA as an additional service under the existing subscription and agreement terms.

Other Remembers:

  • During the subscription term and any renewal terms, you can optionally cancel your ACEA subscription.
  • Unless otherwise stated in your Agreement with ACEA, we do not provide refunds if you decide to stop using the ACEA subscription during your subscription term.
  • Your subscription term will renew as per your contract with ACEA.
  • If you add more services (upgrades) or users during your term, we will increase your fees during the current billing period and will automatically increase your subscription fee based on your use.
